The system we have developed for this purpose is an evolution of the CMS and is called CPS ( Content Publishing System ).

Content Publishing Systems are a recent evolution of CMS: these are systems dedicated solely to content management, which have no direct constraints on data presentation. Users use the system to insert information such as “news”, “post”, “product”, “photo gallery”, but have no direct control over the content presentation methods.

Typically, content is made available to external software via APIs.

From the same content archive it is potentially possible to produce:


serve data to a mobile application;
serve a software that produces layouts for printing.
The use of an architecture of this type allows to decouple the possible revision / renewal of the site from the management of the contents, it will therefore be possible to create a new site safeguarding the majority of the contents already produced.

A strong push in this direction is especially seen in large companies where more people are involved in content management and where the content itself can be used in different forms.

In the case of content that is updated only occasionally, we support the customer with our intervention, which is estimated based on the update requested from time to time. In this way, the customer will only have to provide the materials to be modified and we will take care of everything, with obvious optimization of time and costs.
