Who is Raquel Lydia?
Born in the city of Tiros and raised in Cedro do Abaeté, where she spent most of her adolescence. Influenced by her grandfather and uncle, both great accordion players, Raquel Lídia began her artistic career while still a teenager. It was as a rodeo narrator and a street singer that she got her first opportunity to perform in Belo Horizonte.
