What are you most proud of in terms of design and creative input?

What were the main challenges in development and how did you address them?
“The biggest challenge in realizing this project was the short time-to-market. We had to create a brand and product experience within four weeks for a product that had not even been put into production yet. The project is therefore characterized by speed. The action page was conceived and developed within 1 month. We limited the strategy to cleverly combining different media on a single page. To meet this challenge, we started with an analysis of the customer briefing: 'the best truck for the entrepreneur, the best truck for the driver'. It soon became apparent that both target groups have many common interests. In a number of cases, the driver is also the entrepreneur. The starting point for the campaign is therefore: 'Best of both worlds', in which we bring the two worlds together on the action page.

The campaign page ensures that all information about the new XF is accessible to everyone. The campaign page shows the most important parts of a DAF Truck (exterior, interior, engine, chassis) and also the services. In addition, social media functionalities have been added. Photos taken during the IAA of visitors with the new truck have been shared via thailand phone data Flickr and can also be found on the campaign page. Every photo and video on this page can be shared via social media (Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn). YouTube has also been integrated into the campaign page.”


“The campaign site is a strong visual brand experience in which various media are combined on a single page. By making careful choices in the offer and the placement of content, the website is very strong and complete in terms of content. For DAF Trucks, the use of social media, such as with the photos of the IAA trade fair, was a refreshing development. Both internally and externally, this was received with great enthusiasm. With the campaign site, DAF is not only introducing the new XF, but is also introducing the new corporate identity to the general public worldwide. We are proud that we have achieved such a successful online introduction with this website.
