This plan consists of four main components. Several systems will be free, while the Government will also release subsidies to support the digitalization of businesses.
1. Free solutions of the digitization plan
As part of a large call for projects, the Government has listed and gathered azerbaijan telemarketing data the solutions available on the market which already allow local traders to accelerate their digitalization and develop their online sales in logistics, remote payment or putting products for sale online.
The solutions listed and labeled by the Government will be completely free for the entire duration of the lockdown.

2. A massive digital awareness campaign for VSEs
The Ministry of Economy and Finance plans to distribute a Practical Guide on the digitalization of companies, it will be relayed by professional organizations. It can already be downloaded here: https://www.economie.gouv.fr/guide-prat ... merisation
The CCIs will also be called upon to contact nearly 60,000 companies by December 2020 in order to support and advise companies in their digitalization. They will thus carry out 10,000 in-depth diagnoses.
An online course designed by France Université Numérique called “Digitize my GTPE” will be offered from January 15, 2021.
A training-action plan for companies will be launched at the beginning of 2021 in order to support and coach VSEs to assist them in their digitalization.
The France Num initiative lists all the digital initiatives made available to VSEs.

3. Financial support in the implementation of digital solutions
To support the digitalization of businesses, the State is offering a "digital check". It will partially cover the costs associated with launching an online activity: creation of a website, digital support services. This aid will be granted by the Services and Payment Agency up to a limit of €500, upon presentation of invoices.
