Visitors don't just arrive (or return) to a website. A good strategy requires time, effort, and planning . Depending on their audience, there may be companies that don't need to attract visitors to their website (or even, at this point, don't see the need to have a website), but in most cases, it's the core of their online strategy.

That just won't do. A website must be clear about its audience from the outset and define its content and visual appearance based on that response .
