1. Create a page on your website dedicated to your open positions (it's okay if you don't fill these positions immediately). Call it your "Career Opportunities" page.

2. Create a "Write for Us" page to invite contributors. Motivate them by paying for publications. Resource curators will find, publish, and link to your page for free.

3. Research and develop a newsworthy scholarship proposal. Do your homework and make sure you comply overseas chinese database with IRS and other regulations, depending on your state.

4. Create a ready-made, editable press release template to make the broadcasters' work easier.

5. Send outreach emails to spread the word. Target editors of news and media websites, editors of legal blogs, editors of law school websites, and legal directories.

6. Respond promptly to questions and messages regarding the scholarship.

7. Enjoy the feedback and, of course, your legal backlinks!
