SMS Automation is a service, available on the Esendex platform, that allows you to automatically manage a series of activities in relation to received messages , by setting specific rules and filters.
The actions that you can have the system perform automatically are mainly of 3 types:
Saving/deleting the mobile number from the address book : the customer sends an SMS to subscribe to a list and his number is automatically recorded in the address book;
Message forwarding : the SMS received by the customer is automatically forwarded, for example, to a previously set email address;
