Why is mobile commerce becoming king?

Post by rabia829 »

Inventions like flying cars, holograms and flexible screens from science fiction are already a reality. And in a few years they will surely become the norm, just like mobile commerce is today. Although it is not a technological aspect available to every user with a mobile device, it will soon be, as the use of smart phones with internet access and applications is on the rise. Now, do you want to know the reasons why mobile commerce will be established forever in the future? Read on.

Smartphones are essential for mobile commerce. There are two factors influencing the fact that the use of mobile commerce continues to grow. These two factors are: more and more people are adapting to the use of smartphones to keep up with the technological movement; the other factor is that virtual stores continue to emerge, or simply those that are physical take advantage of migrating to the gcash database virtual space. The same can be said of other mobile devices such as tablets or iPads. As the future looks mobile, so does mobile commerce.

Trust in payments

The topic of mobile or virtual payments is still a bit of a sore point for some users. However, there has been a noticeable difference over the past 2-3 years. In fact, a study by leading global market research firm Nielsen, published in October 2016, indicates that 46% of respondents said they would likely pay bills using their mobile in the next 6 months. On the other hand, it also points out that millennials are the generation that is most confident about making mobile payments and online purchases. Perhaps this is due to the time in which people of this generation were born and raised.

Buyers need to know if the product they are buying meets their expectations, they need to find the best prices and make smart purchasing decisions based on their value judgments. In this sense, the same Nielsen study indicates that users do not only go to make a purchase in one go on the online platform, but they use the same virtual platform to compare prices, search for product information, make better purchasing decisions, among others.

It has been proven that mobile commerce will be a tool with a strong presence in the technological warehouse and little by little, or faster than we imagine, it will become a daily occurrence. It is already becoming so in regions such as Asia-Pacific, the leading region for mobile purchases, according to Nielsen for 2016.
