Experts therefore recommend implementing measures to make the transition between vacation and work more bearable.

According to a survey conducted by La Razón , 40.7% of Spaniards have suffered, at some point, from depression after the holidays. In 2020, post-holiday syndrome was aggravated by job uncertainty as a result of COVID and this year, the situation has new nuances. Despite teleworking and the fact that the situation with COVID has normalized, many experts warn that post-holiday syndrome is still present.

Unfortunately, summer is over and, with it, the holidays for the vast majority of workers. So it's time to go back to the office, get up early, have a schedule: in short, the stress of work. Routine is back again.
