This month, in SquadS BA Month , we had the incredible opportunity to bring together our entire team: from Colombia , Mexico , Bolivia and different cities in Argentina .
It has been an incredible meeting. Meeting each other in person, exchanging cultures and experiences has been very valuable.

Meeting in person completely changes the dynamics of a team. During #SquadSBAMonth , we had the opportunity to bring together our team from different countries and cities. This experience was invaluable.
Being in person allowed us to understand each other better and build strong relationships that go beyond work. Face-to-face conversations, shared laughter, and moments of camaraderie created a bond that is difficult to replicate in a virtual environment.
Fast and effective problem resolution
One of the most notable benefits of face-to-face meetings is the speed with which problems can be resolved. When we are all together in the same room, communication flows more naturally and efficiently.
During our meetings, we noticed that decision-making was much more agile. There was no need to wait for email responses or coordinate times for video calls. Everything was resolved on the spot, allowing us to move forward quickly on our projects.
In addition, face-to-face interaction makes it easier to understand problems from different perspectives. By being present, we could discuss and debate ideas more effectively, arriving at more creative and comprehensive solutions.
