The call is everyone's responsibility

Post by mstajminakter15 »

At SquadS Ventures, we believe that convening is not the job of just one person. Although there are people responsible for specific topics, the job is everyone's. Yesterday, at our weekly meeting, we had to align not only how we organize ourselves, but also how we generate the greatest impact.

It's great to see everyone thinking about how we can add value. Every member of the team does their part to make sure the event is a success. From social media promotion to logistics on the day of the event, we're all involved.

We exceeded the expected number of registered people, which was 150. We have a quota of 200 and unfortunately we reached the limit. Great teamwork!!!
We prepare very intensively
Preparation for the event started early in the morning and lasted until after 10pm. From 6pm onwards, the main topic was the event. It was a nice opportunity to collaborate and think about how we can create the best experience for the audience of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

We have been working on a number of issues, from logistics to technical details. The intensity with which we prepare reflects our commitment to the quality and value we want to offer to our community.

In addition, this intensive preparation allows us to identify and resolve problems canadian hospitals email list before they become obstacles during the event. Collaboration and communication are key in this process.

We learn while we share
The Tech team was preparing Kai to finish his presentation. Laste learned how to organize events, taking ownership. Cristian learned how to lead, sharing learnings with everyone. And we all learned from the content that was going to be shared.

Organizing an event is an opportunity to learn new skills and improve existing ones. Each team member has the opportunity to take on new responsibilities and grow professionally.

In addition, sharing knowledge and experiences strengthens the sense of community and collaboration within the team. We are all constantly learning and growing.
