Field of Invention The subject matter, advantages, areas of application and best use of the invention are briefly described. This invention relates to a synergistic, broad-spectrum herbicidal composition for controlling both narrow-leaved and broadleaf weeds in legume crops, preferably soybean. Background of the Invention The state-of-the-art technology (Ancient Art) and the problem to be solved should be clearly stated in the background. The indication must draw attention to scientific publications, patents and other developments in the sector. Problems to Solve: In modern agriculture today, great attention is being paid to all aspects of crop production, especially those related to protecting crops against weeds, diseases, insects and pests.

In recent years, there has been a spurt in agricultural production due to the green revolution, increased use of fertilizers, crop production, improved irrigation, and infrastructural facilities. The major challenge facing farming today in guatemala whatsapp number data terms of production practices is weed management. Weed control using chemicals is a much older practice. Previous Arts: US Patent 6713433B2 teaches a liquid concentrated herbicide emulsion composition comprising an oil-soluble and a water-soluble herbicide formulation, while EP patent 1202622B1 claims that a water-soluble herbicide formulation and a graminicide are microemulsified. Similarly, there are a number of other herbicides/fungicides available on the market to protect crops.

The invention must be necessary. It must describe the technical issues associated with current technology and how to resolve them. It must highlight the differences between the claimed invention and the prior art; and It must make clear what use the invention is intended for. The main objective of the present invention is to provide a synergistic broad-spectrum herbicide formulation comprising a first active ingredient, namely Quizalofop, a second active ingredient, namely Fomesafen, and a third active ingredient, namely Imazethapyr. Still another aspect of the invention is to provide a herbicidal formulation comprising the combination of active ingredients Quizalofop, Fomesafen, and Imazethapyr wherein each active ingredient and suitable safer adjuvants are formulated in a suspension concentration.
