The path of entrepreneurship is a roller coaster of emotions, learning and challenges. Today I want to share with you, dear network, an experience that fills me with pride and excitement. At SquadS Ventures, I have had the opportunity to grow and learn from great figures such as Diego Noriega, Daniel Soldan, Cristian Pereyra and Julian M Drault. This journey has not only been a professional adventure, but also a personal journey that has allowed me to discover new facets of myself.
The path of entrepreneurship: a journey of constant learning
Entrepreneurship is not just about creating a company; it is a continuous learning process that challenges you to get out of your comfort zone. At SquadS Ventures, I have gone through different stages that have allowed me to grow and learn at every step. These stages are:
Pre-intern: The first contact with the entrepreneurial world.
Intern: The learning and adaptation phase.
Operator in Residence Jr: Start taking responsibility.
Operator in Residence Semi-Senior: Greater pharmaceutical email list autonomy and challenges.
Operator in Residence Senior: Leadership and decision making.
Entrepreneur in Residence: Innovation and creation of new opportunities.
C-level StartUps: Strategy and long-term vision.
Each of these stages has been a stepping stone in my professional development. From the first days as a Pre-intern to becoming a Senior Operator in Residence, each experience has been an invaluable lesson. In this blog, I want to delve into each of these stages and share with you the most significant learnings.
