Virtual numbers from a mobile operator

Some operators provide a virtual number service, i.e. not tied to a separate independent SIM card. All calls and messages to it, including service ones, go to the device on which the SIM card with the main number is installed.
This number can be used not only once for one registration, but also constantly as a zalo database spare one: indicate it on different sites, or create a number only for work calls.
Now you can connect it to MCN Telecom, Tele2, MTS (via MTS Connect), MegaFon. You don't need to go to a store and sign a contract. The number will be registered to you by default.
