These 12 months have taught me to combine creativity and productivity (like this)
but what do we analyze?
All agencies know that it is important to analyze data , and this is also true in project management. The last year with onlab has taught me, however, that we need to move away from some concepts that are instilled in us.
In case you didn't know, onlab is a brand design experience studio. We like to say that we are a gang of insanely methodical creatives .
We have a method, our method, but obviously creativity has a very high percentage in the success of our projects.
As a project manager I found myself in the position of having to put the people who work with me in the best possible conditions to create .
Now, usually in agencies they measure the time it takes to complete a task and that time then becomes a reference when they have to start a new project.
I might think, for example, that it usually takes an hour switzerland telegram mobile phone number list and a half to create a presentation for a client.
So I go and allocate that time into the project, but then I might find myself having to deal with an often overlooked variable.
Are you a creative? Do you work with creatives? This will make your day
Our society and culture tells us that a minute for me is a minute for you. But that is not always true, especially if you work with creatives. Not all time is the same.
An important lesson that I will take with me from 2022 is precisely this. When planning a project, you have to take into account the variable T*P: time per person .
It is not enough to ask yourself "how long does it take to do this activity?", but you need to go into more detail and try to understand different variables:
The fury of data analysis
