Sometimes knowing the lives of famous people, the challenges they faced and what they achieved can be an incentive to achieve what we are pursuing. It can also help us to learn about their strategies or work methods to achieve what they had set out to do and try to adapt these to our daily efforts.


9.- Think about the moment when you achieve what you set out to do
Imagine that you have achieved the goal you set for yourself. How would you feel at that moment? Who or what would you think of? What would you do with that achievement?

On many occasions, seeing ourselves achieving something we want makes a dream or an accomplished goal real, at least for us.
