On this occasion, Correos is putting forward its open innovation challenge to projects that are capable of developing solutions in any of these six areas:

Data Driven : Entrepreneurial projects that provide innovative solutions throughout the data life cycle and its possible monetization.
User experience : Projects that provide innovation and improvement in the user experience in the different digital channels of Correos products and services, placing the customer at the centre, facilitating interaction and co-creating new experiences.
Cybersecurity: In its quest for digitalisation, Correos is also looking to the entrepreneurial ecosystem for mature projects or solutions that provide value in preventing cyberattacks and building a robust and secure omnichannel solution.
Automation: Projects on the automation and optimization of processes that support decision-making regarding products and services, especially those related to digital customer service.
Logistics: Projects that improve the switzerland phone data logistics experience both globally and in any of its constituent aspects: traceability, new delivery models, urban logistics, circular economy, energy efficiency, new logistics models, dynamic deliveries, drones, autonomous vehicles, etc.
Social: Projects that contribute to the revitalization of rural areas, helping to establish a population and promote the transformation of the so-called 'empty Spain'; as well as projects that have a positive impact on the environment.
Lehnica Changer Challenge Details
This year, as a novelty, the scope of the call has been expanded, selecting up to ten mature startups, twice as many as in previous editions, which opens up more opportunities for the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Correos will provide each of them with a financial compensation of 15,000 euros . In addition, the selected startups will pilot their solution for six months with a Correos team chosen for that purpose, who will accompany them throughout the process through personalized mentoring .

The selected projects will also have access to the ecosystem and facilities of the CorreosLabs innovation centre in Las Tablas (Madrid), a meeting point where collaboration and synergies between companies, professionals, entrepreneurs and startups are the main focus.
