Advanced Options for Conversion Tracking in Google AdWords
Track conversions from your website shopping cart
Tracking purchases that you don’t set your own values for involves taking the basic tracking code provided by Google AdWords and modifying it with code that’s unique to your ecommerce platform, such as eBay or PayPal. Each site does this a little differently, so read the documentation to find out how. Unless you have some knowledge of web programming and HTML, it’s not worth installing yourself.

When this option is set correctly, any conversion value statistics like total conversion value and cost per click will reflect the actual revenue of the products you sell, as opposed to a static value.
