I was lucky enough to land an account management position at a local call center and the rest is history! I became part of an amazing team of professionals who taught me everything I know and paved the way to where I am now. You have to love telemarketing services! I actually left the telemarketing services industry for a while to be able to be at home with my kids and help my husband with his career. It was extremely valuable, but I feel like I want to be a part of the outsourced telemarketing world again! I was lucky that when I decided to return to the industry, quality contact solutions had a place for me.

What’s even better is that many of the faces I worked with before leaving the azerbaijan phone number library industry now work in the Quality Control Centre. Who better to suit yourself than a group of passionate people who also love this type of work! People play a big role in telemarketing services and there are a lot of difficult jobs out there, but there are a lot of smart people in every industry. Some of the hardest working and smartest people I know work in the telemarketing services industry, specifically in the field of telemarketing management.

The day-to-day problem solving and relationship-building that is so critical to keeping events running successfully and clients happy is truly amazing. Every client who hires us expects the best results, and they often come to us because they need guidance in the ever-changing, challenging world of outsourced telemarketing. It is critical that we all work as a team (Operations, IT and Call Center) to ensure compliance and smooth operations to provide the best ROI for our customers while allowing them satisfy.
