Freelo TIP: “ I appreciate the Do Not Disturb feature on my iPhone . Combined with the ability to automatically cancel this option when I leave a specific location (in my case, the office), it is a very useful tool.”

Don't reply to every email immediately.
Remember that email is not a messenger. If someone is really in a hurry to respond to you, they will probably call you right away. Forget about responding to emails immediately – that just means you are a slave to your email client and you do exactly as it says.

Instead, set a fixed interval during the workday when you will deal with emails. This can be twice or even more times a day, for example for half an hour. Be the master of your time and deal with emails more efficiently and with less effort.

Freelo TIP: "I have an hour set aside in the morning from 8 to 9 when I go through all the emails south korea phone number data that have come in, and I try to answer the simpler ones right away. I read the more complex ones and let them mature, or delegate them to colleagues. Then I have another two-hour blocks (at variable times) when I deal with such emails. Thanks to this, I don't jump from one to the next and proactively go for a set of similar tasks at a given moment."

Keep your phone out of sight
According to a 2017 analysis by truconneXion, we check our phones on average 52 times a day. That's every 18 minutes. The company also found that, based on a sample of 2,000 employees, they spend almost 2 hours a day on their phones during work hours alone. And that's mainly on Facebook and WhatsApp.

To work without distractions, turn off the sound and put your phone out of sight. This way, the lit screen won't distract you.

Reduce open browser tabs
We all know this very well. We have so many tabs in our browser that we often can't even see their names - email, various applications, news, articles, social networks, and then tabs with what else caught our attention on the Internet that day. If you use the browser for work, try to minimize the number of tabs. Too many tabs lead to confusion and often to solving completely different things than you planned.
