It also seems to be the feature people complain about most often

Based on user feedback and some additional research, sending email sequences from Salesforce still requires purchasing additional software today.

In HubSpot, this is one of the main features of the Sales Hub "Professional" plan.

“The limitations of cold outreach emails are bad” (HubSpot)
“Every email in a sequence should be a response” (HubSpot)
"Unable to edit email subject in subsequent emails" (HubSpot)
“Unable to edit a moving sequence” / “Difficult to correct a sequence” (HubSpot)
“I would like to have more visibility into sequence measurements” (HubSpot)
"Only include 50 contacts in emails at a time" (HubSpot)
Hopefully HubSpot acts on the feedback quickly, as people currently don't seem very happy with how the feature is built.

3. Reporting capabilities
Finally, the third major requirement in singapore cell phone number list customer relationship management is the need to be able to report on customer data, sales results and activity.

This is a core feature that you’ll find in both Salesforce and HubSpot. From my own testing with both platforms, Salesforce’s reporting capabilities are more robust, while HubSpot’s are much easier to use.

When reading the comments from real users, the reactions are a bit mixed, indicating that there is still room for additional possibilities:

“One of my favorite parts of this tool is the “reports” tool” (HubSpot)
"Unable to get some reports to work properly" (HubSpot)
“Reports are cumbersome and scattered – some reports are under one tab while others are only visible in certain places” (HubSpot)
"The reports are very comprehensive" (HubSpot)
“I find reports difficult to create and track” (HubSpot)
However, I would personally prefer to use HubSpot's reports over Salesforce's. It's so much easier to get started with.
