Once the feature is added to the Google Analytics tracking code, the IP address will be anonymized at the point of collection.

2. Check Google Analytics pseudo-fiction settings
Google Analytics has already implemented measures to prevent the identification of a single user. However, you should check that the following pseudo-fiction settings are active and working.

User ID: Make sure users are identified using numbers or letters, not specific email addresses or plain text usernames.

Transaction ID : Combining the transaction ID with other data sources in your account can potentially identify an individual, so make sure the ID is a random alphanumeric identifier.

Encrypted data: Encrypted data may include email addresses or personal phone numbers. Therefore, it is recommended to avoid collecting encrypted data through Google Analytics. Google Analytics has a minimum requirement of SHA256 hashing and recommends using a salt of at least 8 characters.

Check the page title with URLs
If the URL contains "email= querystring" as a parameter, then it's likely job seekers data that you're passing personal information to other marketing tools on your site. Check your page titles and URLs to make sure no personal information is being collected.
