In a market as competitive as the online business market, HubSpot is at the forefront, not only keeping up but also helping you stay ahead. HubSpot itself is also constantly evolving, constantly releasing updates and innovations to its Hubs and CRM, such as last year's groundbreaking integration of HubSpot CRM with ChatGPT's GPT 4 algorithm.
But this year, HubSpot has another major innovation in store that is causing quite a stir: In the coming weeks and months, HubSpot will be completely overhauling its pricing and user licenses.
In this blog post, we'll introduce you to everything you need to know about HubSpot's new pricing model and the different user licenses for your business and your future with HubSpot!
New pricing at HubSpot: What do you need to know?
We can say right away: don't worry. The change in the pricing model initially student data only applies to new customers who sign up for a new HubSpot package starting March 5, 2024. Existing customers will then be migrated to the new pricing model later this year and possibly into 2025.
Good news if you already have HubSpot—you don't have to actively do anything at first. So, it's only interesting if you 're not yet a HubSpot customer .
Price changes for Sales Hub and Service Hub (Professional and Enterprise)
Perhaps the most important aspect of HubSpot's new pricing is the elimination of the per-hub and per-subscription pricing model. Instead of paying a base price for the Sales Hub and Service Hub, plus a minimum number of licenses, you'll now pay per user .
After the changes, you'll pay starting at €15 per core license for the Sales and Service Hub starter packages. With Professional and Enterprise subscriptions, you'll continue to pay per core license for Sales and Service Hub, while with Marketing and CMS Hub, you'll receive three or five core licenses included. Additional core licenses cost €49 per license in the Professional model and €75 per license in the Enterprise model.
Boost for your start with HubSpot
Not only will HubSpot's paid options at the Starter, Professional, and Enterprise levels change, but also the free version:
Following the motto "Start for free and scale," HubSpot's free version allows access with five users . Once you upgrade from the free version to the Starter package, you can scale your access to HubSpot and use the core license with up to five users.
