So, what does it take to be a good PM in the era of hybrid work and be able to do as well in the office as on Everest?

Well, after a good two years of experience, it's obvious that I'm the most qualified on the planet to answer... Jokes aside, here's what I've learned:

Always try to find small moments in calls to create a human list of telegram users in denmark relationship with colleagues and clients . It doesn't take much to make a difference, even just two minutes of chatting before everyone connects to a meeting can lighten the meeting itself;

Make sure you write your emails and messages as you would like to read them . From behind a monitor and at 8000 meters it doesn't take much to misunderstand, so it's better to waste 1 more minute when writing than to have to recover maybe 2 hours of bad work;
Make the most of your time in the office to ask for explanations or suggestions from more experienced colleagues . No one expects you to know how to do everything at the beginning, but it is also true that if you don't ask you can't be helped;
Be careful not to sound cold or brusque when you write . Reducing moments of human contact makes it more difficult to decode messages, so conciseness is welcome but be careful not to sound rude;
Try to organize moments in person with customers . If you create stronger human relationships you will be able to better interpret the real needs of your contacts and the entire collaboration will certainly benefit: every now and then you come down from Everest, in short;
Agree on a common remote working method with the client . Today, there are so many different tools for remote working, it is essential to agree on a working method that facilitates activities for both your team and the client's team;
Participate in meetings by showing your face . It may seem trivial but showing yourself during calls significantly reduces the feeling of detachment created by the remote connection, so don't hide by turning off the camera but try to always be seen in meetings, also aiming to encourage other participants to do the same. And if behind you you can see a breathtaking massif , well, all the better...
