Create your Buffer account
This is a tool that I use almost daily! Its free version is more than enough and allows you to easily schedule 10 tweets at a time, effortlessly, while monitoring. Plus, you can use it for Facebook, Google+ and Twitter.
Go to the Buffer website and follow the steps to create your account.
To make my life even easier, I also use the Buffer Chrome extension to quickly add posts (from my site and my monitoring).
If you are more comfortable, you can also use Hootsuite
