In the wake of the pandemic , what is happening to the real estate market ? And how can artificial intelligence help this sector? We sat down with our co-founder, Nils Henning , to ask him the main questions about the market right now.
How has the adoption of Artificial Intelligence in the real estate market evolved?
This transition is happening slowly but surely. In 2016, few companies were talking about artificial intelligence in the real estate market. Today, all professionals have realised that it is not just a simple chinese overseas africa database expression: it also means a new modus operandi , faster and more complete .
CASAFARI has enhanced this new way of working, democratising it so that it is accessible to all professionals . The same task that could previously take 2 hours now takes 10 minutes, thanks to CASAFARI's exclusive artificial intelligence. Saving time does not have to be a luxury.
Therefore, the evolution is exponential and is expected to continue for many years to come. It is essential that everyone has access to the benefits that it brings us , so that the real estate market works better.
How has CASAFARI transformed the real estate market?
CASAFARI was born with the aim of bringing transparency to the real estate market, collecting data and aggregating it into a proprietary feed , which all professionals can access to gather accurate and up-to-date information , as is the case with Trivago when we search for a hotel. Deduplicating real estate information, which was completely fragmented, was our first objective.
Today, we want to establish ourselves as a hub for the real estate network , which already has more than 15,000 professionals through the MLS functionalities . In addition, we support professionals with the most complete stock of the real estate market and the history of each property , in all types of properties. The present and the future of the real estate sector will undoubtedly depend on the use of CASAFARI services .
Nils Henning, co-founder of Casafari
How do you see the impact of the pandemic on the market?
The shift in interests in the real estate market is evident, caused by the new synergies that the pandemic gave rise to in 2020. Trends have changed and will probably continue for a few years: there is more demand for housing and, consequently, the rise in the price of these assets is already clear .
Remote working is also here to stay, with outdoor areas, balconies and home offices becoming more valued . Working from home increased the demand for same-hour deliveries and rapidly changed urban logistics and retail as an asset class.
As a company, we became more efficient during the lockdown. The remote working mode enhanced our collaboration across geographies. The client portfolio has grown rapidly due to the acceleration of digital transformation and technological adoption in the real estate sector.
What are the challenges for the future of the real estate market?
Hand in hand, we continue to support the digitalisation of the real estate market, which still needs to be strengthened. The future of the real estate sector is undoubtedly more transparent and fairer . The benefits we obtain from artificial intelligence and everything it can do for us help to eliminate information asymmetry and blur irregularities and inequalities in access to information .
CASAFARI centralizes and simplifies the process so that any real estate professional has the opportunity to better work on their portfolio as well as their network of contacts .
