The specialized guide on project skype phone number data management, A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), will launch its seventh edition during the last quarter of the year.
The new edition is produced in response to the constant changes in the projects sector and the need of its clients to stay up to date.

Our ultimate goal with the 7th Edition, of course, is to make your job easier—to give project management professionals like you greater flexibility to be proactive, innovative, and agile in response to change, whether it’s disruption from new technology, competitors, or a health crisis like COVID-19,” says the Project Management Institute, responsible for producing this guide.

Alejandro Pérez , founder of the CEOLEVEL website , points out that the team responsible for the guide analyzed the different management systems, standards and practices that currently exist, such as, for example, the IPMA certification.

The guide will also address the role of the Project Manager and the responsibilities he or she has recently acquired.

“Both the new PMBOK Seventh Edition and the new Exam Content Outline define a much broader PM role, not so focused on processes but on principles,” says Pérez.

The PMBOK, as in previous editions, will consist of two distinct sections. On the one hand, there will be the document “The standard for Project Management” and, finally, the “Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge”.

All those professionals who wish to expand their knowledge in the field of project management will be able to achieve their goal with the university programs sponsored by FUNIBER . One of the courses offered is the Master's Degree in Professional Project Skills .
