According to a study on Generation Z in the workforce conducted by RICOH , a workplace technology company, 88% of company employees consider it positive to have people of all ages on a company's payroll.
However, 35% of older workers expect that tensions in the workplace will increase with the arrival of Generation Z: the changes brought about by technology have disrupted the work environment and therefore more office email list productive and harmonious spaces must be sought among all the generations that coexist in them.
Despite this, 52% of the employees surveyed have stated that companies still do not guarantee that the needs of each generation that lives together in this work environment are covered.

The CEO also points out that only companies that are able to adapt to the needs of the generations that make up their workforce will succeed.
In this regard, 73% of employees belonging to Generation Z strongly believe in employers who respect and respond to their needs as workers in order to achieve the expected progress.
