Realizing yourself through your work
The aversion of employees to sometimes well-paid bullshit jobs shows that work is more than just earning income. After all, it is also about setting something meaningful in motion, about self-realization. By acting, we realize ourselves. That need for meaning is always present under the surface.

From personal story to meaning in 4 steps
Eynikel proposes to do this in a process of four dialogue sessions:

1. Personal check-in, in which each participant shares something about what concerns them.
2. My story in the organization: which factors brought about my experience and why do we find that meaningful?
3. In search of our story: the collective identity and culture of the organization.
4. From meaning to inspiration: with emphasis on the purpose and activities of the organization, and the extent to which these remain connected to meaning.
