Jet2 is a low-cost airline that opened up European short-haul travel when it began flying commercially in 2003. It is the third largest in the UK and, like easyJet, has a strong brand that emphasises being a ‘friendly’ airline.

The website style is bold and reflects the low-cost free russian number for whatsapp indiap nature of the brand. Typical of other travel sites, the pages are crowded and overloaded with offers and flight listings.

Landing on the FAQ page is a bit of a visual relief, thanks to a minimalist layout that takes you to the category list on the left side.

Jet2 FAQ is one of the best facilities for presenting questions and answers. The page contains a lot of information, but it is easy to quickly scan all the answers to any user question.

The questions focus on travel requirements, such as what you can bring on a plane, how to travel with unusual items (such as cellos and wedding dresses), and special needs – service dogs and certain medical conditions.

Jet2's FAQs are a perfect example of how to distil the vast complexity of the subject into a series of compact but comprehensive answers.
Booking a flight is a much more complex process that requires information about restrictions and limitations, so the following FAQ only covers a non-flight booking.

How to Book: Focus on questions regarding how to make a reservation, payments, insurance, and taxes/fees.
Specific service: Answer questions about flights, hotels, car rentals or events.
Conditions: Cover the booking terms and conditions and any other legal aspects of the service.
Account: These questions should focus on creating and managing your customer account.
