SEO is one of the most sustainable ways to generate leads for your business. With an optimized website and great content, you can attract leads to you naturally, instead of trying to win them over through marketing.
This is why lead generation in SEO should be your top priority.
People use Google every day to find what they need. They search for products, services, information, and entertainment.
If these people can't find your content through search engines, you'll have to rely on much less reliable sources like social media. Sure, Facebook and Twitter can help drive traffic to your site, but organic search traffic can attract and convert consumers more effectively.
So, how do you use SEO lead generation? And what does a good strategy look like? I’m going to cover these questions and more in detail, so stick around.
What does SEO mean?
SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization. It has been around for 20 years or more, but has evolved significantly in the last few years.
This refers to the process of making your website pages as attractive as possible to search engines. I'm going to use Google as a replacement for most of this article, but you'll also be generating traffic from other engines like Yahoo! and Bing.
When optimizing your website for SEO, you pay attention to several key factors:
Keywords : Optimize each page of your site for keywords related to your target audience's search. Use tools like Ubersuggest to find your target keyword and related keywords to use in your copy.
Latest News : Use your main keyword in the page title and at least one subheading.
Organization: Structure each page with semantically correct subheadings using H1 and H2 Tags .
Photos : Use alternative attributes such as alt text to include keywords and descriptions for images on your page.
Speed : Make sure your site loads as quickly as possible.
Meta Descriptions : Add keyword-rich meta descriptions that help users understand what each page is about.
Sharing : Tell as many people as possible about your content to encourage them to link to your content .
This is just the basics of a good SEO strategy, but it will help you improve your SEO lead generation.

You may have heard the terms organic lead generation, SEO leads, and organic traffic. They all relate to the same goals.
Organic traffic refers to website visitors who arrive at your website—regardless of page—through search engine results pages (SERPs).

Each of the arrows I added points to a search engine result in the SERP. Two of them are for web pages, including the Hello Bar home page, and one is for image results.
You want your website pages to appear as high as possible whatsapp mobile number database free download in search results. This is how you generate organic traffic.
But what about organic leads, also called SEO leads?
The goal of this strategy is to attract traffic from search engines and then convert visitors with your offer.
Let's say someone clicks on the first search result, Hello Bar. He or she sees the home page:

There are two main CTAs here. They both send the user to the same page. There is a top bar and a main CTA above the fold.
If a website visitor who came through a search engine clicked on the call to action and signed up for a free account, he or she became a lead, specifically an organic lead.
We know that organic leads are cheaper than paid leads. Content marketing and lead generation will bring in potential customers and clients, but you won’t have to pay for them beyond setting up your website, creating content, and investing in useful tools.
With paid advertising, you can spend hundreds or even thousands of dollars. This doesn’t mean you shouldn’t test paid advertising. However, if you’re short on cash, I recommend organic leads as the best source of potential income.
