The removal of administrative obstacles to entrepreneurship is a long-standing demand of the self-employed and the associations that represent them. Although agreements have been reached to remove administrative obstacles, recently, the National Federation of Associations of Self-Employed Workers (ATA) has requested the removal of up to 40 additional obstacles .

We must bear in mind that business development depends, among many other factors, on the administrative, regulatory and institutional context . Administrative obstacles to entrepreneurship are a key part of the context in which businesses are developed. These are the main categories of administrative obstacles that self-employed people encounter when starting a business.

Procedures and requirements for starting a business
The first difficulty that anyone considering starting a self-employed engineering email list activity faces is the plurality of administrative bodies to which they must submit applications, present information or receive the corresponding administrative approval.

However, reducing the amount of paperwork and simplifying it through one-stop shops does not solve the problem completely. Many paperwork may not be mandatory, but it is convenient, and the entrepreneur must take an active role in seeking out these paperwork. In general, each paperwork has an effect on the legal consequences of the entrepreneur's actions, which he or she must be aware of before starting his or her activity.
