5 keys to creating good storytelling (infographic)

Listening attentively to a video, an audio, reading a few words and being moved by them… The ability to tell stories is one of the oldest in existence. Have you ever not connected emotionally with the story that is being told to you, have you let it touch your heart, body and head? We all have a story and surely your business has one too . Spectacular untold stories can make the difference between a simple product or service and something that satisfies the consumer.

And this is precisely what we aim to achieve through storytelling , a technique through which we can connect with users , either in writing, orally, or with a story with a plot and character. Thanks to this art of storytelling, we can get the user to share an emotional bond with brands. And we should not undervalue this, since people will forget what we said, what we did, but they will never forget how we made them feel.


Storytelling: the art of telling stories
They say that humans are programmed to listen to stories and get excited by them. And yes... this is true, because if not, why would we feel afraid every time the wolf approached Little Red Riding Hood when we were little? Science has even shown that through stories we can communicate more and better .

The storytelling approach is far removed from product advertising, which attempts to persuade the customer by telling them about the characteristics and virtues of a product. Its objective is to connect with the emotional side of the user by telling stories or tales.

The advantages of telling stories about our business are many. Let's keep in mind that a story is always easier to remember than a list of features.
