Occurrence of duplicate calls and approaches

Post by hasanmondo »

When divisions and teams are not aligned, problems arise that never occurred before, such as duplicate calls and approaches.

Tasks that were previously performed by one person are now divided into inside sales and field sales, so if information is not shared properly, there is a risk that multiple people will approach the same customer.

If you are dealing with a company or customer with whom you already have an established botim data business relationship, it would be considered rude to treat them as if they were a new customer.

Prevent information leaks by creating rules and systems for sharing information. It is also effective to introduce easy-to-use business communication tools so that even small things can be shared easily.

Lack of information sharing leads to mistakes and decreased motivation
Insufficient information sharing can lead to mistakes in sales activities and a drop in motivation. In some cases, friction occurs after the handover because the information gathered by inside sales representatives is not accurately conveyed to field sales.

When passing information from inside sales to other departments, be sure to include the process, such as what you have discussed with the customer so far.

In addition, when field sales share their feelings and what happens with inside sales, they can feel that their work has led to results, which helps them maintain their motivation.
