View SLAs in tickets
Older versions of LiveAgent forced users to scroll through messages to see which SLA level was applied most recently. We've fixed the SLA level information in ticketing so you can easily find it. You can find SLA level information in a dedicated tab in the right panel of each open ticket.

Switching to ISO date format
In the previous version of LiveAgent, the communication protocol for email accounts used the American time format (MM/DD/YYYY). Since not all of our customers are from countries that use this format, we decided to switch to the ISO date format (YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss).

New fixes and improvements
Salesforce plugin error
Our Salesforce plugin was reporting an error when trying to load data. We noticed this issue and immediately fixed it in the new version of LiveAgent. The Salesforce plugin is now working properly.

WooCommerce plugin design error
This issue was not related to functionality, but to design. When trying to set the separator between the turkey phone number data customer information and the ticket to the highest possible point, the text with the information was encoded, making it difficult to read or unreadable. This issue was resolved in update 5.29.

Problem submitting a ticket to the knowledge base
Some of you may have encountered an issue when trying to create and submit a ticket using the ticket submission form in the knowledge base. Instead of working properly, the system was displaying an error. In the new update, we have fixed this issue and submitting tickets in the knowledge base will work without any issues.

Problems deleting unused contacts
We encountered an issue with deleting unused contacts. This feature was not working in certain cases and the system did not delete contacts even though users chose to do so. We have fixed this issue and deleting contacts will now work properly.
