What does Twiga Ukraine do?
Twiga Ukraine is one organism, which has 6 agencies. The expertise of our agencies is enough to cover all the needs of the client. Twiga Digital is one of the agencies.
The company carries values ​​from the giraffe.
('twiga' means 'giraffe' in Swahili)

Among all the animals in the world, the giraffe has the biggest heart. It can run for a long time without water and food. We joke that our team is like a giraffe: we can work 24/7 and don’t need anything else.


Twiga Ukraine usually works with clients for a long kuwait mobile database time, 12-14 years. We believe: only in long-term cooperation, from 2-3 years and more, can one track the effectiveness of a particular strategy.
We have both internal and external clients. External clients are Pepsi, Roshen, ProCredit Bank, Henkel, Royal Canin, etc. These are direct clients, everything is simple and clear with them. But there are also internal clients.

For example, our agency Twiga Go won a large tender for the implementation of the creative idea and strategy of the festival for the PUMB bank. All other TwigaUkraine agencies also receive tasks to work on this project.

How was the work structured at Twiga Digital?
Two years ago, when I came to Twiga Digital, the agency had mail, telegram and legs for communication (ed.: laughs). It was very difficult. Need to ask something? You go to another wing, for example, to agree on a task with a designer. After discussing the idea, you record everything in your mail.

The most important thing is that when you have 45 people and all in one project, the interesting things start: someone didn't find out about the task in time, someone from another wing forgot to tell, someone didn't see the letter in the mail, etc. A lot of information was lost and it was a game of broken telephone. Now there are briefs and everything is stored in one place - in Worksection .

Before Twiga Digital, I worked with Worksection for 5 years at my previous place of work and worked without it for six months at my new place.

When you "step on a rake", you think: "If we had worked at Worksection from the start, we wouldn't have lost this...". A month later I said: "Guys, we need a task manager".
