Today, she divides her time between teaching, working as a PhD student and co-founding the short-term itinerant cayman islands mobile database company O Que Move o Marketing . 1. What is your company's proposal?
We started O Que Move o Marketing (OQMOM) as a startup, but now it’s a “young lady”. Today I’m responsible for the strategy involving the launch of new courses with guest teachers. I like to do a little bit of everything. First, because I like to follow things closely, and second, because we’re still in the growth phase and this monitoring is essential. I also teach some of the courses; I can’t stay away from the “classroom”.

2. How does your work, founders and teachers, work?
Marketing doesn’t have a fixed office. Douglas is a partner professor who founded the brand with me, a native of Minas Gerais who now lives in Rio de Janeiro to pursue his master’s degree. The partner professors who teach courses at OQMOM can be from very different cities. In addition, we have local partners to support events in the city, since we are in different places at any given time. We also have a person who takes care of social media. I would say it’s a lean structure, but very powerful. We’ve only been in the market for a year and we have a lot of room to grow.
