Post by mouakter11 »

In order not to lose customers, it was necessary to transfer them online, to give them the opportunity to buy from any point with delivery. For this, we developed a minimalist online store in Python with integrations for order processing, delivery, accounting of customers and goods.

In this case, we tell and show how business goals, design and chinese overseas australia data functionality were combined in development, and what marketing tricks were added to increase conversion from an audience of 40+ years.

The founder of the brand started working with clothes made from Mongolian yarn back in 2015: he visited exhibitions and sold purchased goods. Five years later, he opened his own production in Mongolia with engineers and product designers. The first store also opened in 2020, and today there are already 7 of them. CustDev and branding: on the way to a conversion online store
Our goal was to create a minimalistic online store with the necessary functions that can be used to complete the following tasks:

give tourists the opportunity to place an order from a store in their city;
increase customer retention and repeat purchases;
differentiate ourselves from competitors in visuals and positioning.
First, we conducted research on the audience, competitors and the market. We created 5 portraits of the target audience, formulated the positioning, USP, mission, brand character and features of the photo style - created a brand platform and strengthened the brand's corporate style. We described all the intricacies of the work in detail in our other case.

One of the portraits of the target audience of ULAANBAATAR, behavioral features we took into account in the development of the site
The site had to be different from competitors and have continuity with the corporate identity.
